I just spoke with a friend who lives downtown and there is a lot of no-go zone. Main Street from the roundabout to School St., Elm St. from Langdon to Spring, and parts of Bailey and Taylor are all under water. The schools are closed. Just avoid downtown for a while.
Looks like a repeat tonight.
