Thanks odum. I know what those people are talking about. I’ve been through it. Do you have the link for video or know where I can find it?
Yep it is what the GOP is trying to protect, their cash cow.
“I tried to explain to her that if I do not have this I will die”, and the response was exactly the same as the right wing response to New Orleans: it’s all yer fault!
I think the saddest thing about all this tea-bagging and anti-health insurance reform screaming is the unrelenting unwillingness to investigate even the most rudimentary claims. I often feel very sorry for the millions of dupes doing the hard work of the uber-wealthy who are ripping all of us off.
And no, I’m not going to insult monkeys by posting some ‘see no, hear no, speak no evil’ graphic.
Follow this link to the blog Naked Capitalism, which describes how the health insurers have already won. http://www.nakedcapitalism.com…
It excerpts a Business Week article that describes how UnitedHealth Care and similar unindicted co-conspirators have zeroed in on the Blue Dogs in the U.S. House of Representatives to save their bacon.
“Al Jazeera’s Fault Lines looks at the US health care system, expose its cracks, and uncover the forces that are spending millions of dollars every day to influence the debate over the US health care reform.” (You won’t find NPR or PBS covering it like this.) Features Wendell Potter, ex-CIGNA PR exec.
